Pursuant to Regulation 23(1) of SEBI (SAST) Regulations 2011, as the application is closed by RBI vide its email dated February 20, 2024, with the confirmation that the matter is closed at their end for change in management/control, Mr. Rajneesh Kumar (Acquirer1) on behalf of the acquirers, in compliance with Regulation 23(1) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeover) Regulations 2011, has withdrawn from the open offer.\r\n\r\nFurther, we have received a letter dated April 05, 2024, from the manager to the open offer which is attached herewith for your reference.\r\nWe request you to please take the above on your record and acknowledge the same.
